BOOK A LAUNDRY CLEANING PICKUP
First you need to make contact with our office in order to get the ball rolling. The consultant will ask you a series of questions to conclude client database information. Pickup bookings are made 1 day or more in advance. On the day will not always be possible due to our scheduler filling up space quickly.
DAY OF LAUNDRY PICKUP COLLECTION
On the day of your laundry collection our driver will present him/herself. They will then recap on the list of instructions as drafted by the office for pickup as discussed between client and consultant.
AFTER LAUNDRY COLLECTION
Our driver then delivers the dirty laundry to our base where it will follow its cleaning process as per client instructions to wash, dry, iron, stain treatment/s, dry cleaning, dying or repairing/tailoring.
DAY OF CLEAN LAUNDRY DROP OFF/DELIVERY
Your clean and fresh laundry will be delivered to your delivery drop off point. Turnaround times for normal laundry cleaning are 48 hours. Dry cleaning depends on type of item/s.

WHEN TO EXPECT LAUNDRY DELIVERY
Normal laundry cleaning gets delivered in 48 hours from pickup date. Dry laundry cleaning gets delivered in 72 hours from pickup date.
YELLOWED WHITE LAUNDRY WHITENED
We cannot guarantee that the whites that yellowed over time will be whitened again but we can say that we have had 99% successes over the period we have been providing our laundry cleaning services in Grabouw. We know how to keep whites white.
STAINS
Stains which were not cleaned properly and still tumble dried is harder to get out. We are not perfect, but we do try our best to provide you with a superior cleaner result. Stains form part of the fiber permanently if it gets high heated like thrown into a tumble dryer. That is why it is particularly important to treat stains first before anything else is done and especially before using any type of high heat dryer on it.
WHITES CLEANED SEPARATELY
Yes, we wash whites separately from the rest because one never knows which clothing has the potential to run its color. We also separate all other clothing as deemed necessary.
CONTRACT AND ONCE OFF LAUNDRY CLEANING
Contracts: If you would like to contract out your washing on a weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks or even once a month we will advise you to take on our contractual packages. With our contractual packages you can get up to 15% discount depending on the quantity of the laundry and the regular option for cleaning chosen. NB: This does not apply to first time customers.
Non-Contracts: As soon as you contacted our office and provided one of our friendly sales consultants the necessary information required, you will also be automatically saved against your name. This makes it easier for us and time less spend to book a future laundry cleaning job with our offices. No need to sign contracts if you do not wish to although the benefits of contracts can save you so much more then non contractual options.
